RegLab supplies both road legal number plates and show plates.

Road Legal Plates

Road legal number plates supplied by RegLab are produced in accordance with the standards set by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency and UK regulations where applicable.

Customers ordering road legal plates may be required to provide:

  • Proof of identity

  • Proof of entitlement to the registration mark

This is a legal requirement for number plate suppliers in the UK.

Show Plates

Show plates sold by RegLab are intended for off-road use only.

This includes uses such as:

  • Car shows

  • Exhibitions

  • Photography

  • Display purposes

  • Private property use

Show plates may not comply with UK road regulations regarding:

  • Character spacing

  • Font styles

  • Materials

  • Backgrounds or colours

  • Additional graphics or logos

Use on Public Roads

Show plates must not be used on vehicles driven on public roads.
