Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At RegLab, all of our number plates are custom-made to order based on the information provided by the customer at checkout.

Because of this, returns and refunds are only available in certain circumstances outlined below.


2. Incorrect Registration Details (Customer Errors)

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the registration number and text entered when placing an order are correct.

RegLab manufactures plates exactly as entered by the customer.

No Refunds or Replacements

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements if:

  • The wrong registration number is submitted

Customers must carefully check their order before completing their purchase.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • We made an error when producing your plate

We may request photos of the issue before processing a replacement or refund.


4. Incorrect Items Sent

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Once confirmed, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund


5. Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of number plates, items cannot be returned simply because:

  • You changed your mind

  • The registration number is no longer needed

  • You ordered the wrong plate


6. Returns Process

If your item qualifies for a return, please contact us first before sending anything back.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.


7. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
